Anne Burkholder, Quality Assurance & Communications Specialist shares her lasagna recipe. "This recipe multiplies well and can be expanded to make many pans of lasagna at one time -- I have made up to 10 pans at once to feed the high school cross country team. This recipe also freezes well -- It is our favorite dish to take to Colorado on skiing trips. If you are cooking from a frozen pan of lasagna, take it out of the freezer at least 6 hours before you cook it so that it can defrost prior to baking. If you are not a "cheese lover", you can reduce the amount of grated cheese added. My girls love cheese so we cook with lots of it!"
