Cowgirl Crock Pot Beef and Noodles

Looking for a family friendly and great tasting beef dinner where the Crock Pot does all of the work? This is the recipe for you! Our favorite cowgirl at Sellers Feedlot, Clare, shares a deliciously simple recipe to set the stage for a fun family meal!


Ingredients

1 beef roast (any type will work!)

1 envelop Onion Soup Mix

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

3 cans Beef Broth

1 pkg Frozen Egg Noodles (24 oz)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

1. Place roast in Crock Pot. 

2. Add Cream of Mushroom Soup and smear it over the roast.

3. Sprinkle Onion Soup mix & Garlic Powder on top.

4. Add 1 can of Beef Broth

5. Cover with lid and cook on low setting for 8 hours.

6. Remove lid and shred beef with two forks.

7. Add noodles and other cans of Beef Broth as needed to mostly submerge them in the Crock Pot. (I try and use as little broth as possible to get a thick final product. It is okay if some of the noodles are slightly above the liquid - there is enough moisture & condensation in the Crock Pot to cook them properly)

8. Cook for 1 hour.

9. Serve over Mashed Potatoes

10. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
