iLS Ag Pathways Program
Growing the Next Generation of Agricultural Leaders
Tomorrow's agricultural industry depends on today's students. Through the ILS Ag Pathways Program, Innovative Livestock Services is investing in the next generation of agricultural leaders by supporting high school agricultural education programs and FFA chapters that are preparing students for success in college, careers and life.
The ILS Ag Pathways Program provides competitive grants that help educators create meaningful learning experiences beyond the traditional classroom. From enhancing agricultural science programs and expanding Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAEs) to developing leadership opportunities, exploring careers and connecting students with industry, the program empowers young people to discover their potential and build the skills needed for the future of agriculture.
At ILS, we believe strong communities and a strong agricultural industry begin with investing in education. By partnering with agricultural educators and FFA advisors, we're helping students learn, lead, experience and launch successful futures while strengthening the workforce that will feed and serve our communities for generations to come.
