ILS Scholarship Program
Innovative Livestock Services believes in investing in our employees — and their families. Children of every ILS employee receive a 4-year, renewable scholarship for education beyond high school, including trade school, community college, or a 4-year university. We also invite all of the high school graduates to participate in a competitive scholarship program in addition to the guaranteed award.

Through the ILS Ag Pathways Grant Program, we're partnering with agricultural education programs to create meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for successful careers in agriculture. Together, we're investing in the people, programs, and opportunities that will shape the future of our industry.
COMPOST DAY
Each year Innovative Livestock shares compost with the community at our annual Compost Day. With the ample availability of plant nutrient everyone from the novice grower to master gardeners bring containers to kick off their spring planting season.
