“I am Shelly Anderson, and my title is office manager. I started working here in May of 2010, So it's been 12 years. ILS has been a really great company, the benefits are fabulous, they're flexible, I think they care about their employees. We're a cow calf producer and so I like seeing the finishing end of it you know, because we sell as feeders so then it's fun to see how they come in here, how some cattle gained from different areas, you know the consumption and just watch the cost of food and the price of everything. I like the flexibility but I also just like the cattle the core of the farm industry in general. “
